It’s Release Day for Twice Bitten and Bewitched!

twice bitten and bewitched, vampires, gypsies, curses, magic, witches, lupus, love, erotic, paranormal, menage, lynne st. jamesHappy Release Day to me! Am I excited? You bet I am.  The newest book in my erotic Vampires of Eternity series, released today, well 12:01 a.m. CDT this morning actually.  Twice Bitten and Bewitched is the third book in what will ultimately be a five book series.  Right now, it’s the new baby on the block!

I’ve got the release day giggles.  It’s only my third book to be published so I’m allowed to be crazy excited, right?

I hope I always have this feeling on Release Day.  After all, I’m sharing what has taken months and months to come to fruition.  The fruit of my brain, fingers, keyboard and most importantly my imagination.  And I’m sharing it with all of you!

What is the book about, you ask.  Well I’ll tell you… Love, danger, spells, evil plots, illness, and a happily ever after of course!  The heroes and heroine don’t have an easy time getting there, either.  Nope, definitely not!  This book has vampires, witches, gypsies, and even a visit from some werewolves.

Selena, the heroine of Twice Bitten and Bewitched, has a special place in my heart. She’s very ill with Lupus and told she doesn’t have long to life.  But she’s determined to help her BFF, Bree (the heroine in Twice Bitten to Paradise), save her kidnapped father.  The last thing she needs are more complications. But that’s exactly what she gets when she meets the uber sexy Max and Xander. They are determined to make her theirs one way or another.

I’ve taken a bit of artistic license with her symptoms to make it work in the story, but it is important to remember that Lupus is a very nasty disease and many people suffer with it. I share this with Selena and I was first diagnosed with it back in 1995. If you’d like to find out more about it you can visit the Lupus Foundation of America . They have lots of excellent information.

I know you are all going to love Selena, Max and Xander as much as I do, and I can’t wait to hear your comments.  To read more about each of the books in this series check out my book page where you can read the blurbs from each of the three stories.
